HOT. HOT. ...... HOT!!!!!!!!!!!

I moved up from Central IL to get away from the humidity and heat. It looks like I brought it with me.

It was 110 here today with humidity in the 80 percent range.

As most of you know I work for NCR (National Cash Register) I had to replace outdoor ATM components today because the heat made them die.

That is a first for me. Northern Minisotians do not know how to deal with heat like this. I should hold a workshop or something.

I hope that all of you are staying cool.

Poor Deer

"As the deer splatith on my windsheild so my work van is totally ruined" (The the tune of as the deer).

My work van is in the shop. 6500 dollars worth of damage. I was driving and out of no where comes this deer.

I should have just hit it. However I swerve and go right into a ditch. Which in it's self is not so bad except that there was this huge rock. I drove over it. It ruined the radiator and compressor and gas tank and twisted metal underneath.

It is an experience I don't want to experience again.

The kids are loving summer vacation. Becky and Juantia are being crazy gardeners. I tell ya it is nutty how much they like being outside. I don't like it so much. I like being indoors and cool and working on my computer or on the church newsletter I do.

Hot

It is another Hot day here in MN. We are pretty much staying in. We are going to the lake later to cool off. Molly our dog is either really bored or really sleepy. It is really hard to tell with her.

I miss my Mom and Dad. They are coming up for Nathaniels Babptism. So we are happy that they will be coming up for that. I will be missing a friends wedding because the Items are scheduled around the same time. I am proud of Nathaniel though.

I hope to hear from all of you.

New Car

This is our new car. It is a Ford Escape. We have to buy it because our Van died. We are very excited to get a 4x4 because here in MN it is sometimes needed because of all the snow.

We are enjoying the summer. Here in the Northland it is not as hot. We are in need of rain though. So pray that we get that soon.

Hot

It is hot here in the Northland today. As I was driving in Duluth yesterday It was 103.

It is hot but we don't have the humidity that we had in IL. Which is a welcomed relief.

Jamie and Nathaniel are having fun with their summer break. From swimmng and horseback riding to Kittens and their frinds in the neighborhood. They are having fun.

Becky is getting so much stronger from her surgery. Juanita is as well.

We are happy that it turned out for the better.

This is our first post. We just wanted to say hi to everyone out there. I hope you get to see more of us this way.
