Sorry I have not updated

Things here have been crazy busy.
The family is trying to learn Kannon in F.
Becky and Jamie on the Piano
Nathaniel on the Violen
and I am playing the flute. (Honner)
It is hard and we are wanting to have it perfect by the end of summer.

We are learning 2 things this summer. We are memorizing the Periodic table and the Pacabel peice. We are having fun. I have to admit it is really cool to hear it come togather. The Kannon we are taking one measure at a time. Nathaniel beign the youngest is having the hardest time. However we have all summer and we are all practicing so we will see. I will try to get a recording and see if you can hear it.

My sister Becky is trying to sell her house. It has been on the market for over a year and still no bites. They have it at the price they bought it at. Keep them in your prayers.

I have gotten a promotion at work. I am not the Sales Manager for Itasca, Koothchaching, and Aitkin counties. It is alot of work and alot of things to take care of but I like it.

I don't hear from many of my brother or sisters much. I have alot of them. Some of them I will never hear from. Others we will see. However you heard me mention my sister Becky.

As well, I have heard from my brother Len. He is a Southern-Babtist Paster in Effingham IL. He sent me some pictures of him and his son Ben in the musical of the music man. I am happy to see that music is very important in their life.

Feeling good.

I feel like I am fully recovered from my stroke. I know I should be knocking on wood but I do feel really good. I love my job. I love that I am an insurance agent and I get to help people on a daily bases.

I am blessed by my family as well

I am going to try to put a powerpoint presentation on here that I had play at Nathaniels baptism. We will see if it works. It was not complete. I have many brothers and sisters that I don't have pictures of (Or didn't at the time). However I think it was really good.
It is not letting me but here is a slide that I thought was good.
Here is my little man. Happy new year to you all. I will have pictures of Jamie coming next.
God Bless.

Pictures of Winter

Minnesota is very pretty in the winter. Becky just took picutes of out side and I thought I would share with you.

Nathaniel has his fist Violen recital in a couple of weeks. Jamie is taking piano lessons now as well. So our life is filled with music.

Winter

I think I need to apologize. I have not updated my blog in a while.

It is thanksgiving weekend and things are ok. I have a medical issue that I am dealing with. But nothing I can’t over come.

I have some pictures from the last couple of months. I hope you like them.

Nathaneil got baptized. Lots of family came up and I am going to try to put as many pictues in as I can. (We will get the pictues of the babtizm very soon). (hint, hint, James Goff :) )

The baby in the picture is Sara Nichelson's Baby Tia. Tia is Juanita first Great Grand Baby. However Nina has given her one sense Tia has been born. Her name is Mary Joyce.

Wilkins Family Crest

My real Last name I have not shared with the world. I was born into this world as James Wilkins. My Father (Not Jim my Dad) But my Father had a diffrent last name.

When I had kids I had to think what name I wanted to have for Future Generations. I stuck with the Name Given to me. I figured I would create my own Clan. We are one step further on that. Because now we have a Family Crest and a Slogan.

I love the slogan- Be ye prudent.

To the Cities I went and now I go

For of you I have not to in awhile, if you had read my blog you will know that I had issues with my Job at NCR with the Sabbath. They had me scheduled every Sabbath.

So I quite. Before I could resign, I got a call from Bob Benson. He is the District Manager for Cobined Insurance. He said that they would love to have me back and he wanted me to get going on it so I could get in the feild.

I went to the cities for a an intense week of Insurance Laws and Concept. It is a 45 cretdit hour class in just one week. For those of you who have gone to college, you will know that is almost to much for one week.

I came to it with a mission. I was here to lean the material and to pass the State Insurace exam. (The Accident and Helth portion anyway).

I can tell you I have never taken a harder class in my life. The first day Bob Pidilla (the instructor) told us first sentence. This is the hardest class for the hardest test you will ever take.

I stayed in the class room till 9, 10, and the last couple of days 11:00. I would then come home and go to sleep and get up at 6am and start the whole thing again. Well, I got to come home on Sabbath and Studied on Sunday. I took the test on Monday morning September 11th. I am so happy to tell you I passed. So know I am back in St. Paul Minnesota to get oritentation into the company. That will take 2 weeks. I will then be done and in the feild.

Becky and the kids are at home. Jamie and Nathaiel love the school year so far. They seem to be having fun. Jamie really likes her new school.

Becky is thinking about opening her own business. I will give details on that later. I don't want to ruin her news.
